Sis. Rosa Lynn Winborne 

 

Rosa was born in Detroit, Michigan and raised in Western PA. She is currently a resident of South West Philadelphia. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Management Technology from California University of Pennsylvania in 1983, and a Master of Arts in Theology Studies with a concentration in Leadership Effectiveness from Bethel Seminary of the East in 2011. She is a Certified Biblical Counselor, who graduated from Christian Research & Development’s Biblical Counseling Program in 1999.

 

Her husband is her first ministry; in addition to caring for the needs of her family, she is also a teacher, certified through the state to teach Technology to grades K-12. Currently, she teaches Technology at Preparatory Charter High School for Mathematics, Science, Technology and Careers located in South Philadelphia. She is honored and privileged to be the wife of Rev. Dr. Wilbur D. Winborne, Sr. (Pastor at 19th Street Baptist Church Philadelphia) for 26 years. They are parents of three homeschooled children, now all grown: Wilbur Jr. , Yvonee and Novella.
