1.  We tithe as a minimum standard and give an offering to the Lord                    based on Mal. 3.  Tithe to your own church first and foremost. 

         Giving is an act of worship. The New Testament encourages us to              faithfully, generously, proportionally, systematically and cheerfully.

2.     Offerings and special gifts are beyond the tithe and are expressions          of our gratitude for His goodness.
